Small Group PT
Some people prefer to train in small groups, with small group training you get 1-1 accountability while working with a maximum of 3 other people.
With SGPT you get your own plan, you get your own exercises and everything in the session is personalised towards your own individual fitness goal.
£15pp for a 45minute session
