Over 60’s Small Group Personal Training - Thursdays 11am with Rachel

Yoga with Ja
A class that based on Ashtanga/Vinyasa styles of yoga. The perfect class to help you increase flexibility and mobility.
Classes are limited to 9 people.

Circuits with Chris
The perfect class for those new to training and Invicktus.
Using intervals with set recovery periods helps ease you into our other classes. Over the 6 weeks we’ll start with bodyweight movements and progress by adding equipment and changing the intervals to make the workout more challenging.
This class is limited to 14 people

Build with Chris
This class is all about lifting weights to help you get stronger. Running it in 6 weeks blocks allows us to focus on technique and progressive overload.
Warming up with activation and mobility exercises we then head into the main set of a push, pull, lift split providing you with a full body weights session, finishing off with stretching.
This class is limited to 10 people
