All classes are designed to be full body, mixed ability workouts. We have people ranging from 16 to 60 and all shapes and sizes, come along and give it a try….first session FREE!

All classes booked via the quoox app, monthly payment plans & drop ins are available.

CIRCUITS

A High Intensity Interval Training session using a timed stations with set recovery periods, during this sessions we’ll use a mixture of battle ropes, bodyweight, dumbbells & kettlebells, this class will help you burn calories & put your metabolism to work.

METCON

Metabolic conditioning

This is a mash up of the weights and high intensity cardio giving a full body hybrid workout. Our most popular classes of the week!

BUILD

This class is all about lifting weights to help you get stronger. Technique is crucial for lifting so the first 10min of this class will be mobility & activation exercises

BOXFIT

Working in pairs mixing boxing with bodyweights exercises to give you a sweaty intense workout

Class Timetable & Payments

There are a few payment options depending on how many classes you wanted to do:

First session: FREE

6 session class pass: £39 (to be used within 6 weeks)

2 classes per week: £35pcm

3 classes per week: £45pcm

unlimited classes per week: £50pcm - open gym included within this membership

Open gym: +£10 on any existing membership
