All classes are designed to be full body, mixed ability workouts. We have people ranging from 16 to 60 and all shapes and sizes, come along and give it a try….first session FREE!

All classes booked via the quoox app, monthly payment plans & drop ins are available.

BURN

By combining battle ropes, bodyweight, dumbbells & kettlebells, this class will help you burn calories & put your metabolism to work.

BURN N BUILD

This is a mash up of the build and burn classes giving a full body hybrid workout mixing weights and high intensity cardio.

BUILD

This class is all about lifting weights to help you get stronger. Technique is crucial for lifting so the first 10min of this class will be mobility & activation exercises

BOX

Working in pairs using the Hatton style boxing this is sweaty intense workout

Class Timetable & Payments

There are a few payment options depending on how many classes you wanted to do:

Drop in sessions: £7 per class

2 classes per week : £35pcm

3 classes per week: £45pcm

unlimited classes per week: £50pcm

  • You can bolt on open gym to any membership for £15pcm
